This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for GHOST subscriptions and one-time purchases, operated by TELL YOUR FRIENDS.
1. Subscription refunds
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription (Starter, Growth, or other paid plans), you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge. Refunds are prorated based on unused time. Contact us at hi@useghost.de with your account email and reason for the refund request.
2. Free trial
The 7-day free trial does not require payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund applies to the free trial.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at hi@useghost.de with the subject "Refund request" and include your registered email and the date of the charge. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
