The workflow Google Maps to Extract Contact Data is perfect for this: you turn a single Maps search into a list of businesses with contact details—emails, phone numbers, and optional social links—ready for outreach or your CRM. Here’s what goes in, what you get out, and how it works in plain terms.

How it works (in brief)
You give us a Google Maps search—the same kind you’d type into Maps when looking for businesses in a place or niche. GHOST opens that search, collects the listed businesses (within the limit you set), and then visits each business’s website. On the site we look for contact data: email, phone, and if you’ve enabled them, social links. We also check common pages like Impressum or Contact where many businesses put their details. Everything we find is saved in one table per workflow. You don’t have to click through Maps or copy-paste from websites yourself; the workflow does that for you in the background.
What you get
When the run is finished, you open the workflow and see a table of leads. Each row is one business: name, website, and whatever contact data we found (email, phone, socials). You can export the table to CSV, import it into your CRM or outreach tool, and use it for campaigns. Only businesses that have at least a website are included, so the list stays usable. How many leads you get depends on your search, your lead limit, and how much contact data is actually on the sites—we only charge for data we successfully extract.
In short
One Maps search in, one table out: business names, websites, and as many emails and phone numbers (and optional social links) as we can find. You run the workflow, wait for it to finish, then use or export the list. No manual scraping, no tech setup—just your search and your choices for what to extract.
