How GHOST Handles Data and Privacy

We store the data needed to run your account and workflows: your account and login details, your plan and usage (e.g. credits, slots), and the workflows you create (name, Maps URL, settings, status). For each workflow we store the leads we extract: business name, website, and whatever contact data you asked for (email, phone, social links). We do not sell or share your lead data with third parties for their marketing. Payment data is handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

Access to your data is restricted to what’s needed to operate the service: account and workflow management, running extraction jobs, and support when you ask for help. We use industry-standard practices for storing and transmitting data (e.g. encryption in transit and at rest where applicable). Our infrastructure and partners are chosen with security and compliance in mind. We do not use your lead data to train AI or for purposes other than delivering and improving the service for you.

You can view, export, and delete your lead data from the workflow and leads tables. You can delete workflows and manage your account. If you want to close your account or have questions about your data, you can contact us. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights (e.g. access, correction, deletion) and how to exercise them.

We store your account and workflow data and the leads we extract for you. We don’t sell or share that lead data for third-party marketing. We protect it with standard security measures and limit access to what’s needed to run the service.
