Small changes to how you set up your search and workflow can make a big difference: faster runs, better-quality leads, and fewer wasted credits. Here are practical tips that work across niches and regions.
1. Use precise search inputs: Location + Niche + Intent
Avoid broad, generic searches like “restaurants USA” or “dentists”. They return huge, unfocused result sets and make it harder to get a list that matches your ideal customer. Instead, combine location, niche, and intent so each workflow targets a clear segment.
Examples for restaurants in Miami:
• Italian restaurant Miami Beach
• Vegan restaurant Miami downtown
• Fine dining restaurant Miami
• New restaurants Miami
• Restaurants Miami opening soon
Examples for other niches:
• HVAC contractor Berlin
• Family law attorney Munich
• Emergency plumber London
• Dental clinic Sydney CBD
• Yoga studio Amsterdam
The more specific the search, the more relevant the leads and the easier it is to personalise your outreach. Run several smaller, targeted workflows rather than one huge, vague one.
2. Start with a small lead limit to test
Before you run a workflow for 500 leads, try 10–20. Check that the results match what you expect (right location, right type of business, contact data present). If something is off—e.g. wrong region, too many without websites—adjust your Maps search or filters and run again. You save credits and time by validating early.
3. Extract only the fields you need
Enable email and phone if you use them for outreach; add social links only if you need them. Each extra field uses credits when we find data. Turning off unused fields keeps your balance lasting longer and often speeds up the run, since we do less work per lead.
4. Set the browser language to match your target region
If you’re targeting businesses in Germany, set the workflow browser language to German. Google’s consent and Maps UI then appear in that language, so our system can reliably close cookie banners and read the page. Wrong language can cause runs to get stuck or miss data.
5. Use one workflow per segment
Keep each workflow focused on one search (e.g. “Italian restaurant Miami Beach”). If you need multiple segments, create separate workflows and name them clearly. That way you can compare performance, re-run only what you need, and keep your lead tables easy to use and export.
In short
Use precise Maps searches (location + niche + intent), start with a small lead limit to test, enable only the fields you need, set the right browser language, and run one focused workflow per segment. You’ll get faster, more accurate lead extraction and better use of your credits.
